Exchange and return include all items (roasted coffee bags).
To benefit from the exchange and return services, you must bring the original invoice.
Exchange and return are possible within seven (7) days from the date of purchase if the item is in the same original condition as when purchased and is wrapped in the original packaging with all its accessories.
The customer can return and exchange from   provided that the customer bears the shipping costs to the headquarters by the service center.
The customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
